BANDUNG – West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher) appreciates the efforts to accelerate the construction of four toll roads as well as the two major projects in West Java.
According to him, four toll roads are toll-Pasirkoja Soreang, Bandung Inter Urban Toll Road (BIUTR), Toll-Ciawi Bogor-Sukabumi / Bocimi, and Toll-Sumedang Cileunyi-Kertajati / Cisumker (formerly Toll Cisumdawu).
While the two segments of the railway train is fast Bandung-Jakarta and commuter light rail transit (LRT) which covers the Greater Jakarta area.
“There are encouraging the development of all these development plans, the movement of elements of West Java province quickly. So there are investors coming snapper, increased land acquisition, and much more, “he said in Bandung, Sunday (29/11).
According to Aher, referring to information from the Secretary of West Java province Iwa Karniwa, toll Bocimi along 54 kilometers has been running well since the land acquisition stage one has reached 133 hectares of the needs of 144 hectares or 92 percent. While the actual physical construction reached 3.18 percent.
“But the interesting part of Bocimi is a strategic private investor that makes getting stronger. After the MNC Group, the new entry PT Waskita long toll road business. God willing, it paved the construction of the future, so congestion in the area could be unraveled, “he said.
Aher continued, Toll Cisumker now ongoing pursuit of targets completed in conjunction with the completion of the West Java International Airport in 2017 or 2018.
West Java provincial government has asked the central government ie the Ministry of Public Works to immediately allocate funds construction of section I in the year 2016 amounted to Rp1.8 trillion.
Section I, which includes wilyaha Cileunyi-Rancakalong has reached 31 percent, or about 134 hectares. Long section of the highway that are in the South West Java reached 12.025 percent.
“While Toll-Pasirkoja Soreang instead we have done ground breaking on 10 September 2015 ago. Seeing the development in the field, we are optimistic to achieve the target can be used before September 2016. While Toll BIUTR already entered discussions implementation plan, “he said.
According to the Governor of West Java, for the construction of the railway, it had cooperated with the central government and the city government in the ground breaking, commuter light rail transit / LRT in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah on 9 September 2015 ago.
LRT consists of two stages with a total length of 83.6 km (covering areas including East Bekasi-Cawang, Cibubur, Bogor, Dukuh Atas-Palmerah-Senayan, and Palmerah-Grogol). Both are targeted to be operational starting in 2018.
The project is expected to be built more quickly than other types of trains because the construction can be done on land owned space of toll and non-toll roads, so that the land acquisition often a wedge could be expedited.
“Simultaneously, the development of fast trains in Jakarta, Bandung is also a positive signal. Last week, we’ve met Mr. Hanggoro Dwi (Director of PT Kereta Quick Indonesia China, red) which mentions the development plan is still on track, “he said.
Aher expect both the construction of the train have the same origin but the technology while prioritizing the transfer of technology to the children of the nation. Optimism also arise because of the construction of the train is not dependent APBN / APBD, even one that trajectory Walini City will use the land owned by PTPN VIII of 3,000 hectares so no need to land acquisition.
“We have to racing this, because a strong infrastructure devastating effect anyway. Toll Cipali example, when we inaugurated together with the President of June 13 last, the effect is very pronounced economic scroll to West Java from the beginning until now, “he said.
Aher said the entire development plan is the fastest finish in 2017 and a maximum of 2019. Even so, he made sure there will be continuity of policy of any leader.
“We will tie with the MoU, a strong legal agreement so anyone governors, regents and mayors, all continue to strive to realize targetan the sake of making the most advanced in the West Java province of Indonesia,” he concluded.
